Who can participate?
India Festival Tampa Bay is a festival of arts and dances in which nearly 1,000 participants from 4 years to senior citizens showcase their talents and participate in the dance competitions.
Who are the judges?
We invite our society's leaders, scholars, and educators to judge our various contests. Their names are not disclosed on this website to ensure a fair judging.
What are the prizes?
Trophies are awarded to winners after judging scores are declared, mostly on the last day of the event.
What is India Fest?
India Festival is an event where we preserve and pass along centuries old and most unique Indian culture, old heritage to nearly 1,000 Indian Americans kids through music and traditional dances.
Is this an annual event?
Tampa Bay’s India Festival is a unique annual event presented by the Gujarati Samaj of Tampa Bay. It is the largest event of its kind and is a gathering of people from all areas of the country. All proceeds will be invested back into the community to pro-mote youth education and to expose them and others to the Indian culture through a variety of activities and events. At its core, India Festival is a festival of arts and dance in which nearly 1000 participants from age four years old to senior citizens come showcase their talents.
